1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by z7com (accessible at https://z7com.club and all associated subdomains and pages, collectively referred to as "the Platform"), you ("the User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the z7com Platform. Continued use of z7com after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for and use any service on z7com. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. z7com reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Where an account is found to be held by a person under the age of 18, z7com will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed by the minor, and return deposits (net of any withdrawals already made) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using z7com is lawful in their jurisdiction. z7com makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all locations. Users who access z7com from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Personal Use Only

z7com accounts are for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, resale of services, or use on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from z7com.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration

To use z7com's services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. z7com reserves the right to reject any registration or close any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) z7com account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, z7com reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed, and confiscate any bonus balances or winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z7com login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. z7com will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify z7com support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

z7com is required to verify the identity of its account holders as a condition of withdrawing funds from the Platform. You will be required to submit KYC documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. z7com may also request proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

z7com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z7com reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to Users.

4.2 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on z7com is PKR 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your z7com account. z7com reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for verified (KYC-approved) accounts. z7com is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or events outside z7com's reasonable control. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending compliance review where z7com has reason to suspect fraudulent activity.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits to your z7com account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. z7com will not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Where third-party payments are identified, z7com reserves the right to void associated transactions and close the account.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on z7com are subject to these Terms and any specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, which are published in the z7com help centre. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

z7com reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) z7com reasonably believes the integrity of a market may be compromised; (b) an error in odds or game configuration has occurred; or (c) the User's account is under compliance review.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or display error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or balance figures being presented, z7com reserves the right to void affected wagers and correct any errors. "Winnings" derived from obvious pricing errors are not valid and will not be paid.

5.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected markets on z7com. z7com reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined (due to network delay or data feed issues) are void.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

z7com may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is available). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

z7com reserves the right to void bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; or colluding with other Users to exploit promotional offers.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z7com and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform while under 18 years of age or facilitating access for minors.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or bonus limitations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical faults to obtain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on z7com.
• Using z7com for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing z7com staff or other users through any channel.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to circumvent z7com's security, KYC, or AML controls by any means.

8. Responsible Gaming

z7com is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable users. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered z7com Users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your z7com account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from z7com. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the z7com Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game assets, and data compilations — is the property of z7com or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any z7com content without express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z7com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; interruption of service; unauthorised access to your account arising from your own failure to maintain adequate security; or any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

z7com's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

z7com collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on z7com, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. z7com does not sell your personal data to third parties. All personal data is processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

12. Amendments to These Terms

z7com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, z7com will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of z7com after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the User and z7com shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents z7com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
